pet fee of $100 applies to the cost of the charter.
Island Time Cruises has a 45-day cancellation policy. If you cancel within 45-days of your scheduled cruise, a cancellation fee (equivalent to half the charter cost) will be retained. If you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled cruise or id you are a no show, the full cost of the charter will be retained. When seasonal rates are in effect, if you cancel within 60 days of your charter, you are responsible for the full cost.
We do not offer refunds if it rains during your tour.

Shelling Cruises, Inc. reserves the right to substitute boats and/or captains at any given time but guarantees the same experience.
For parties larger than 6 passengers, the cancellation policy is 60 days in advance of your scheduled cruise. If you cancel within 60 days of your scheduled charter, your deposit (equivalent to half the charter cost) will be retained. If you cancel within 45 days of your cruise or are a no show, the full price of the charter will be retained.
